Terms & Conditions:

·      Upon enrolment of Antenatal Care Package, patient is required to pay the full amount.
·      Package amount is non-refundable or transferable.
·      Any additional services not within the scope of the package will be charged separately.
·      Your physician will make the recommendation towards the package that will suit you during your pregnancy stages.
·      Any previous consultations/investigations will not be adjusted against the package.
·      In case of unexpected outcome or loss of pregnancy, the package amount will be deducted as per the services availed till date and refund the balance amount as actuals. (Rates will be the actual rate as charged by the hospital without package)
·      All consultations will be conducted by booked appointments only.
·      Services not utilized in the packages will not be adjusted with any other services and is non-refundable
·      Package price is applicable as per the prevailing rate on the day of booking the packages.
·     This package is applicable for cash patients only.
·     This package cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
